Eating Fats does not make you fat

Eating the right kind of fats can actually make you leaner.

Eating fats does not necessarily make you fat as long as you take the right kind of fat witout overdoing the amount. This is what I have learned from my nutritionist.  Fat which contains about 9 calories per gram is more calorie dense than protein and carbohydrates which are about 4 calories per gram.  Eating enough quantites of healthy fat will actually help you lose body fat and create a leaner firmer strong body. This sounds a bit confusing since we always associate fat as a food that cause obesity.  some so called experts still stick to assert to low fat-low carbohydrate diet to successfuly lose weight and prevent coronary ailments. Looking in different perspective, others so called experts contend that a high fat , high protein, but low carbohydrate diet is the right answerto losing weight and prevent coronary heart diseases. As with most contentions among many experts, the magic secret for the majority of people depends somewhere in the middle. When you review specific population studies of traditional diets of various groups of people around the world, it  begins become obviously clear that there is actually no magic ratio of protein, fats, and carbohydrates that will prevent heart diseases and heart related diseases. The bottomline is eating the right kind of fats in adequate quantities matched with regular physical fitness exercises are the keys that help you keep leaner, healthier and stronger. It is afterall the aspect in which foods are processed and obtained that makes it healthful or unhealthful.
